Help applying, without the guesswork
Applying to the NDIS can mean finding the right reports, understanding the eligibility requirements and putting a lot of information together. We help you work through it, step by step.

Good to know
- We can't guarantee NDIS access or funding. The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) makes every eligibility and funding decision.
- Free help to apply is available. NDIS partners (local area coordinators, and early childhood partners for children under 9) can help you apply at no cost. Call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 to find yours.
- You choose your providers. If your application is successful, you're free to choose the providers that are right for you. Using ARG Care for application help doesn't require you to use ARG Care for future supports.
- Application help is a private service. Your first call is free. If you'd like more help, we'll explain what's involved and give you a price in writing before any work starts. It isn't billed to an NDIS plan.

How ARG Care works
Tell us what you need
Use the form or call us. We'll ask about the support, where you live and how your plan is managed. No medical records at this stage.
We find the right person
We match your request with a vetted professional or support worker in your area, and check they're available and the right fit.
We set it up with you
You'll know who is delivering your support before it starts. We agree the details, prices and start date with you in a service agreement.
We stay involved
We check in, handle changes and invoicing through your plan, and act on any concerns quickly.
Some supports are delivered by professionals we contract. They work under ARG Care's NDIS registration, ARG Care stays responsible for the quality of that support, and we'll always tell you who is delivering it. How ARG Care works

Questions people ask
Can ARG Care help me apply for the NDIS?
Yes. We can explain the process and eligibility requirements, help you work out what evidence may be needed, organise your reports and help you prepare your application. The NDIA decides who is eligible, so we can't guarantee an outcome.
If you help with my application, do I have to use ARG Care afterwards?
No. If your application is successful, you choose the providers that are right for you. Using ARG Care for application help doesn't require you to use ARG Care for future supports.
Is there free help to apply?
Yes. NDIS partners help people apply at no cost: local area coordinators for people aged 9 to 64, and early childhood partners for children under 9. Call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 to find your local partner. Some people come to us because they want more hands-on help preparing everything.

Your first call is free. If you'd like ongoing help, we'll explain what's involved and give you a price in writing before any work starts. Application help isn't billed to an NDIS plan.
